Troop Roster

• 45 Total Scouts on the roster

  • 23 Junior Ranks

  • 22 Senior Ranks

  • 3 are "sort of" on the roster:  Daniel A., Elijah W., Chase N.

  • First Years are making good progress and have high participation at the meetings

Towards Eagle

• We have two Life Scouts that are activily working Eagle Projects:  Alex K., Ryan S.

• We are having conversations with the three other life Scouts to identify projects

Billy Goat Trail Outing - 08 May 2026

• Attended by 8 Youth and 4 Adults

• Long hikes, First Years were really impressed with the Great Falls

Camp Oest Fishing Outing - 12 June 2026

• Upcoming

• Currently 18 Youth and 5 Adults signed up

We Remember Service Project - 22 May 2026

• Attended by 8 Youth and 3 Adults

• 2 Hours of Service

OA Elections

• OA Elections to be held on 03 June, pending 50% attendance at the meeting

• 7 Eligible Youth:  Arin C., Avry O., William B., Christopher S., Elijah J., James G., Owen K.

• After the elections, Scoutmaster will make Adult recommendations to the Committee

Troop Elections

• Scheduled for either the 10th or the 17th

• Scoutmaster still has work to do on this

Summer Camp - Camp Rodney

• 31 Scouts signed up (not including Ian)

• 5 Adults signed up

• We will need help transporting Scouts to and From camp

High Adventure

• Seabase 2027

  • 5 of 10 Youth spots filled

  • 1 of 2 Adult spots filled

  • Will be working to recruit more

  • Need to plan certifications this summer

Expenses

• Working with Finance Chair to track Program expenses

• Created a web page to report Outing Expenses

• Created a web page to track T-Shirt distribution / sales

• Will be working on a web page to report consumables that are not otherwise tracked (propane, driver fuel reimbursements, etc.)

  • Not sure how this will be tracked / accomplished yet

Troop Workspace (Website)

• Web pages are expanding greatly

• No official progress on the "Free" part of the Google Workpace for Nonprofits yet

• Scoutmasters have permission to edit program.troop373md.org web pages

  • Reports to the Committee are being posted on the Program's web pages under the Scoutmaster menu

• Green Bar Scouts have permissions to edit scouts.troop373md.org web pages

  • They are not yet doing that  :-(

  • Meeting agends are posted on the Scout's front page
